Homey
Homey is a Dutch smart home hub that speaks many 'languages' at once: Zigbee, Z‑Wave, Thread, Matter, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and infrared. That lets devices from different brands work together in one app.
Automations are built with simple Flows (when this happens, do that), with no programming. Homey Pro runs locally in your home, and Homey Bridge is a cheaper start with Homey Cloud.
